At Deepfield Dental Surgery, our aim is to put you at ease the minute you walk through the practice door. In fact we excel at treating more nervous patients who may not have visited the dentist for some time.

Many of these more nervous patients are surprised just how easy and pleasant an experience it can be. If you have suffered a bad experience at the dentist before, we’d like to show you how it can be done.

When you attend our dental practice, you will be asked to fill in a simple medical form and questionnaire. Knowing about your dental history gives us the chance to treat you in the most appropriate and cost-effective way. On the form, you can also report how nervous you are on a scale of one to ten.

When you enter our beautifully refurbished treatment room, Bob takes time to discuss with you your individual requirements and what treatments, if any, are needed. At Deepfield Dental Surgery, we always do our utmost to explain the details and benefits of your particular dental treatment before we even start. You can even go away and decide for yourself which option suits you best.

Lie back in our comfortable ergonomic chair and see inside your own mouth with our state- of- the-art camera. And to help you relax, you can even listen to your own chosen music.

You will also be reminded when it’s time for your next visit through our fully computerized system, via phone, email or text, whichever one you prefer.
